Job summary

Kier Group in the United Utilities Framework, North West of England, is seeking a Senior MEICA Manager to lead MEICA activities across feasibility, design, construction and commissioning, ensuring safe, compliant delivery and value engineering where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in a MEICA-focused role within a main contractor or utilities environment
• Experience delivering water or wastewater infrastructure projects
• Strong technical understanding across mechanical, electrical, ICA and commissioning activities
• Ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants, supply chain partners and operational teams

Responsibilities

• Leading MEICA input throughout feasibility, design, construction and commissioning phases
• Reviewing mechanical and electrical requirements and identifying technical risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions
• Coordinating and managing MEICA consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, programme and commercial targets are achieved
• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams across all MEICA disciplines
• Ensuring designs, installations and commissioning activities are compliant with industry standards, client specifications and statutory regulations
