Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Senior MEICA Manager to join our United Utilities Framework in the North West of England. This role leads mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation activities across water projects, providing technical leadership from feasibility through to commissioning and ensuring safe, compliant delivery.

You will coordinate with design teams, contractors and operational stakeholders, support risk reviews and value engineering, and ensure designs meet industry

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEICA activities across water projects.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, ICA and commissioning.
• Ability to engage with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEICA input through feasibility, design, construction and commissioning.
• Review requirements, identify risks and opportunities, and drive value engineering.
• Coordinate MEICA consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve targets.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure compliance with standards.
