Job summary

You will combine clinical insight with commercial execution to accelerate product introductions and strengthen customer partnerships.

In this senior role, you will mentor teams, manage complex stakeholder networks, and collaborate with Marketing, Education, and NTS to maximise device adoption across EP specialties.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or EP commercial environments.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional account strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build relationships with EP stakeholders including physicians and procurement.
• Lead new product introductions and market development efforts.
• Provide clinical support across AF, ablation, and VARIPULSE procedures.
• Coach teams and lead regional commercial initiatives.
