Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior medical writers with 5+ years in clinical research, biomedical science, or pharmaceutical/regulatory affairs to train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote, offers flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (more if desired), and starts ASAP.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across clinical study reports, protocols, investor materials, and regulatory dossiers.

Qualifications

• Experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and investigator brochures and medical affairs materials.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail with expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated clinical and regulatory documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Publish and quality-check clinical study reports, protocol synopses, and regulatory dossier modules.
• Collaborate with AI lab teams to ensure scientific rigor and regulatory alignment.
