Ethos is seeking heads of medical affairs with 4+ years in pharma/biotech to train AI models on professional presentation tasks. The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week and ASAP start, paying $100/hour.

Responsibilities include creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated scientific presentations and slide decks for diverse internal and external audiences, with strong PowerPoint craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Formación

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Ensure compliance and clarity of scientific visuals and messaging.
