Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced medical science liaisons from pharmaceutical or biotech backgrounds to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We require 4+ years in medical affairs, a track record of creating compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences, and expert PowerPoint skills with meticulous attention to detail. This is a fully remote, flexible engagement of 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: scientific presentation decks, KOL engagement slides, advisory board materials, medical education content, congress data readout presentations, and evidence summary slides.
• Produce compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Demonstrate expert-level PowerPoint skills and precise slide craftsmanship in all materials to maintain high-quality standards.
