Prime is seeking a Senior Consultant in Medical Affairs Strategic Advisory to develop intelligence, strategy and impact measurements that support Medical Affairs objectives across product lifecycles.

Role focuses on Global and US markets, combining Medical Affairs, strategy and data analytics. You will build impact models and audience insights, demonstrating how medical activities influence practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years in strategic communications planning or strategy consulting in healthcare/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of medical communications and US regulatory requirements.
• Experience with big data analytics and linking scientific objectives to behavior change.
• Familiarity with omnichannel programs and next-best-action concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligence, strategy and impact measurement initiatives across product lifecycles.
• Lead client engagement, present insights, and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Create data-driven foundations for strategy and improve clinical practice through analytics.
• Contribute to pitches and business development efforts.
