Job summary

Prescient Healthcare Group seeks a Senior Consultant in Competitive Strategy to support development and commercialisation strategies for assets and portfolios. You will work with engagement managers, directors and a global analysis team to deliver insight-led recommendations that help biopharma leaders anticipate market shifts.

You will bring therapeutic, clinical and commercial expertise, strong project management and excellent communication skills, while maintaining a growth-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Experience within the biopharmaceutical consulting or healthcare strategy environment; competitive intelligence experience preferred.
• Strong results orientation with high-quality deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
• Solid knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, especially clinical development.
• Clear and confident communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong learning agility to adapt to rapid change and new situations.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
• BA/BS required; an advanced life science degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver projects addressing clients’ strategic business questions with high-quality outputs.
• Support account planning and strengthen Prescient’s presence within existing accounts.
• Assist in proposal development, background research and scoping discussions.
• Manage discrete workstreams and day-to-day activities, including data collection and synthesis.
• Engage in client meetings and present findings to ensure client satisfaction.
• Leverage expertise in therapeutic, clinical and commercial areas; share insights with the team.
• Attend conferences to gather insights and synthesize learnings from presentations and booths.
• Support junior team members and maintain a high standard of insights.
