Job summary

Prime is seeking a Senior Consultant in Medical Affairs Strategic Advisory to develop intelligence, strategy, and impact measurement for global programs, primarily in Global and US markets. The role blends Medical Affairs with data analytics to shape clinical practice and patient outcomes.

The candidate will lead client engagements, present insights, and collaborate across medical communications, evidence, and creative teams, while supporting business development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience of strategic communications planning and/or strategy consulting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of medical communications and regulatory requirements, particularly within the US market.
• Proven experience in big data strategy and analytics, linking scientific objectives and behavior change.
• High-level understanding of how innovative technologies can design omnichannel programs (AI, ML, next best action).
• Formal training in program evaluation methodologies would be beneficial, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligence, strategy, and impact measurement initiatives for Medical Affairs objectives.
• Operate mainly in Global and US markets, combining Medical Affairs, strategy, and data analytics.
• Create impact measurement models and audience intelligence for strategy formation.
• Present insights to clients and collaborate across medical communications, evidence, creative and technical teams.
• Support business development by contributing to pitches.
