Prescient is hiring an MD Senior Principal to serve as a physician leader within the Medical practice, based in London. You will bring scientific authority, deepen subject matter credibility and elevate partnerships with senior medical affairs leaders in the biopharma industry.

You will shape engagements, mentor colleagues and contribute to thought leadership while guiding clients from evidence to strategic action in high-stakes settings.

Qualifikationen

• MD/MBBS or international equivalent required.
• 7+ years of experience across medical affairs, clinical development, pharmaceutical strategy or healthcare consulting.
• Deep subject matter expertise in at least one major therapeutic area.
• Track record of advising senior pharmaceutical stakeholders on medical strategy, evidence generation or clinical development.
• Strong command of real-world evidence and healthcare data.

Aufgaben

• Serve as recognised scientific authority across the practice, trusted by senior clients on complex medical strategy and organisational challenges.
• Provide scientific and clinical leadership across the three core offerings, bringing depth and executive-level credibility.
• Develop innovative approaches to complex medical affairs challenges and guide clients from data to action in high-stakes settings.
• Produce thought leadership including white papers and conference contributions to build external profile.
• Lead and contribute to business development with priority accounts; develop proposals and cost engagements.
