Bioscript Group is seeking a Senior Medical Writer to lead the development of clear, accurate, and engaging scientific content for diverse audiences across regulatory and medical communications. The role involves ownership of high‑profile projects, mentoring junior colleagues, and shaping scientific communications across therapeutic areas.

You will work in a hybrid/remote UK setting, collaborating with clients and cross‑functional teams to ensure high quality outputs that meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Established medical writing experience within a MedComms agency.
• Track record of leading projects and delivering high-profile content.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across client accounts, owning budgets, timelines and scope.
• Produce and review clear, accurate content for multiple therapeutic areas and audiences.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues and review their work.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, key opinion leaders and internal teams.
• Contribute to strategic communication and publication planning with clients and account teams.
• Ensure adherence to industry guidelines and regulatory standards, supporting colleagues in this area.
• Contribute to business development activities such as pitches and credentials.
