The Senior Media Manager will lead strategic media planning to drive candidate attraction and support hiring goals for clients within Enterprise Solutions, including Outsourcing, advisory, and volume hiring.
This role combines commercial expertise, strategic execution, and data-driven insights to craft and deliver successful candidate attraction solutions. It requires a deep understanding of media platforms, industry trends, and candidate behaviors, focusing on creating tailored solutions to meet individual customer needs.
The role is part of the Channel Marketing team for Enterprise Solutions and Page Executive and reports to a remote manager. It has one direct report.
