Job Description:

The EU XCM Media Team (Cross-Category, Cross-Channel, Cross-Country Marketing) is seeking a Senior Media Manager with extensive cross-channel planning experience and knowledge of pan-European media landscapes. The successful candidate will:

• Develop media strategies for cross-country activities across countries such as UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and others.
• Own detailed media planning of campaigns, collaborating with agency partners.
• Partner with key stakeholders across Europe.

We seek someone highly organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence. The role involves translating business briefs into media plans for multiple countries, working closely with Portfolio and Retail teams. The position can be based at our London or Munich offices.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage multi-channel media strategies and plans (LTV, Digital, Paid Social, Radio, OOH, Print, Cinema) across various categories.
2. Collaborate with Media, Portfolio, and Insights teams on media measurement tests and projects.
3. Develop and present recommendations and analyses to stakeholders.
4. Build relationships with internal teams, agency partners, media vendors, and finance.
5. Coordinate with external media agencies across Europe.
6. Prepare and deliver high-quality documents to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years in media planning.
• Experience in pan-EU media strategy.
• Ability to coordinate projects across teams and with external partners.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with budgets.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible, with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Business-fluent English.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in media agencies or in-house media planning.
• Knowledge of retail, FMCG, or entertainment sectors.
• Experience in media planning across multiple EU countries such as Germany, France, or Italy.
