  • Build trust internally and externally by navigating issues pragmatically and professionally
  • Harness the Premier League eco-system to better support broadcaster priorities and plans – long and short-term
  • Outstanding customer service mindset, including implementing our philosophy to ‘surprise and delight’ our clients
Requirements for the role
  • Significant experience in a commercial business environment, within a rights holder, broadcaster, corporate brand management, or advertising / digital agency
  • Proven project management skills and experience
  • Proven expertise in a client servicing team, within a sports rights holder, governing body, agency, or working for a sponsor brand would be an advantage
  • Relationship management skills to develop, maintain and strengthen client and stakeholder relationships including internal and external relationships
  • Strategic thinking mindset to support clients’ objectives and drive business growth and innovation internally and externally
  • Problem solving with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Analytical skills critical to gather and interpret data, draw insights and make informed decisions to improve client service delivery
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent command of corporate IT tools and ability to follow the internal user rules (Outlook, etc.)
