Dropp in the West Midlands seeks an experienced mechanical tendering professional to prepare accurate cost estimates and material take-offs for large-diameter pipework projects across water, process, petrochemical and industrial sectors.

Based in Halesowen, you will coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, perform site visits, and hand over to project teams, ensuring thorough post-project reviews and clear clarifications for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical tendering, estimating or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of large-diameter carbon and stainless steel pipework.
• Water industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Prepare cost estimates and material take-offs from GA drawings and P&IDs.
• Supplier and subcontractor quotes, site visits and client clarifications.
• Handover to project teams and post-project reviews.
