Job summary

Envirogen Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the execution of multi-million-pound water and wastewater treatment projects in the UK. You will lead end-to-end design, coordinate with the Project Management team, and drive technical excellence across the engineering function.

The role offers flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements, with opportunities to mentor teams, influence technical direction, and contribute to high-impact industrial outcomes across the UK footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater or fluid processes.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system design for multi-million-pound treatment projects.
• Mentor and develop the core engineering team for technical excellence.
• Governance and review of critical docs: P&IDs, drawings, BOMs.
• Specify high-performance equipment and pump/valve selections.
• Support vendor RFQs and data-driven procurement decisions.
• Collaborate with sales to provide accurate cost and labour estimates.
