Job summary

Ramboll's London Buildings Engineering design team is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to deliver detailed designs, manage projects and sustain client relationships on complex building schemes.

You will mentor junior engineers, work across multidisciplinary teams, and have opportunities to contribute to international signature projects, with a culture focused on digital and parametric design. Ramboll offers development, flexibility, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with a proven track record in the discipline.
• Accredited honours degree or equivalent with commitment to further education.
• Working towards professional status (IEng/CEng) is expected.
• Strong initiative with minimal supervision on technical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Represent Ramboll on MEP projects and lead your discipline.
• Produce detailed designs and supervise others where needed.
• Inspire confidence to strengthen client relationships.
• Manage project time and resources to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate tasks if you act as Ramboll project manager.

CIBSE / IET / IMechE accredited honours degree

HNC in applicable discipline with progression
