Job summary

Ramboll in London is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to deliver detailed designs on complex projects within a multidisciplinary team. You will mentor junior engineers and drive client-focused outcomes across Building Services and related disciplines.

The role requires Chartered status, an accredited honours degree, and a commitment to advancing to IEng or CEng, with an interest in digital/parametric design tools.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with proven delivery on major buildings.
• Accredited honours degree (CIBSE/IET/IMechE) or HNC with progression to higher education.
• Aspires to IEng/CEng status and maintains strong client relationships.
• Interest in digital and parametric design tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent Ramboll on MEP projects, lead your discipline and mentor others on suitably sized projects.
• Operate with initiative on all technical aspects with minimal supervision.
• Produce detailed designs and supervise others in this function.
• Inspire client confidence and strengthen relationships.
