The role requires over 5 years of experience in mechanical building services design, particularly in residential project detail design. Qualifications

• 5 years’+ experience in mechanical building services design.
• Experience in residential project detail design (Stage 4).
• Experience in attending client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed design calculations and preparation of design drawings.
• Assist in the practical training of Graduate and Technician Engineers.
• Manage a team of junior/intermediate engineers.
• Liaise with internal and external Design Team, Clients, and Contractors.
