Cambridge Design Partnership is seeking a Senior Consultant Mechanical Engineer to lead client programmes from concept through to manufacture, guiding multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high delivery standards.

You will drive technical excellence, oversee prototypes and test activities, and support business growth through strong client relationships and proposals. Experience in medical/devices sectors is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Track record of leading projects from concept to production, with quality, time and profit responsibility.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, including coaching or mentoring.
• Evidence of adapting successfully to change across sectors, technologies or client priorities.
• Significant commercial experience in technical/design consultancy or related environments.
• Experience writing proposals and building a client network, including through conferences and events.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as medical devices, drug delivery or diagnostics desirable.
