Sagentia Innovation in Cambridge is seeking a Principal Consultant in Mechanical Engineering to lead the design and delivery of advanced product development projects. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams across electronics, software and mechanical design, ensuring technically excellent outcomes for clients.

You will mentor peers, manage client relationships, and contribute to new business opportunities while delivering projects on time and within scope.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with product development experience.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience in delivering complex products.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients.
