Professional Personnel Management Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical building services projects and help grow the newly formed mechanical division. You will oversee contracts from pre-construction to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery, quality and budget adherence.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or similar.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installation.
• Experience working for a building services contractor or M&E contractor.
• Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors.
• Good commercial and contractual awareness.
• Relevant mechanical qualifications or substantial industry experience.
• CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
• Leadership and communication skills; organised and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Manage mechanical contracts from pre-construction through to completion.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring on-time, within budget and to specification.
• Coordinate mechanical installations with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other trades.
• Lead and support site teams, supervisors and project personnel.
• Monitor programmes, costs and quality.
• Handle commercial aspects: variations, valuations and cost control.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and standards.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Attend site meetings and report to senior management.
• Contribute to development of division processes and future work.
