1st Step is seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead mechanical building services projects from design through to completion. You will manage cross-functional teams, suppliers and client relationships across Bristol/Cardiff projects, and travel along the M4 and M5 corridor as needed.

• Managing mechanical building services projects from design, procurement through to completion.
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitoring programmes, costs and commercial performance.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Maintaining quality, health & safety and project compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical building services projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate with electrical teams, design and commercial groups.
• Manage client relationships and progress meetings.
• Procure plant, materials and subcontract packages.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality and time targets.
