Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead delivery and commercial performance of the mechanical contracting business. The role offers a path to a Director-level position within about 18 months, within a professional, family-feel M&E group.

You will manage day-to-day operations, drive P&L results, and work closely with group companies to provide turnkey M&E solutions for commercial and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• Experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager or Mechanical Project Manager with strong contract delivery know-how.
• Commercially astute with ability to own P&L and business performance.
• Natural leader capable of developing and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and delivery of the mechanical contracting business.
• Take full accountability for P&L, commercial performance and financial results.
• Lead and develop the team with clear direction and accountability.
• Collaborate with group companies to deliver turnkey M&E solutions.
• Build strong relationships with end users, Tier 1 contractors and key clients.
• Contribute to strategic growth within the three-year plan.
• Own project delivery and ongoing process improvements.
