Qualifications

• Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with leadership experience in Design & Build projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and building services.
• Proven ability to mentor Design Engineers and CAD teams.
• Experience coordinating mechanical with structural and electrical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design function across multiple commercial Design & Build projects.
• Mentor and develop Design Engineers and CAD teams.
• Oversee design from concept through to detailed design and delivery.
• Review designs for technical compliance, coordination and buildability.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, estimating and delivery teams to ensure viable solutions.
• Identify risks and opportunities for value engineering.
