Robinson Brown Search Limited is seeking a Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead the mechanical contracting arm based in Nottingham. You will take responsibility for delivery, P&L and client relationships, with a clear path to progression into a Director-level role within about 18 months.

Qualificações

• Experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Project Manager or similar with a strong understanding of mechanical contracting and project delivery.
• Commercially astute with ability to take full ownership of P&L and business performance.
• Natural leader who can manage, develop and motivate a team.
• Ambitious and driven with the ability to progress into a Director-level position within 18 months.
• Able to work collaboratively across multiple businesses to deliver turnkey solutions.
• Professional, accountable and committed to delivering high standards.
• A good cultural fit for a family-feel business.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations and delivery of the mechanical contracting business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Take full accountability for the business's P&L, commercial performance and financial results.
• Lead and develop the team, providing clear direction, support and accountability.
• Work closely with group companies to deliver turnkey M&E solutions and independent mechanical projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, Tier 1 contractors and other key clients.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business, supporting the group's three-year growth plan.
• Take ownership of project delivery, commercial performance and the continued improvement of operational processes.
