Job summary

InX is seeking senior consulting professionals to lead delivery on live integration and separation engagements, shaping the practice's methodology and contributing to business development. This is a genuine build role offering equity in the outcome of a growing practice, not just a seat within an established one.

You will work with PE sponsors, corporates and management teams, guiding multi-disciplinary workstreams and helping scale the practice toward partnership as it grows.

Qualifications

• Significant integration and/or separation experience in consulting or in-house M&A leadership.
• Strong track record leading carve-outs, mergers, or post-merger integration programmes (PE context preferred).
• Commercial credibility with PE and corporate clients; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a growing practice.
• Proven people leadership and ability to develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Lead and deliver end-to-end integration/separation engagements, Day 1 planning to post-deal tracking.
• Client leadership: act as primary day-to-day client contact with PE sponsors and corporate teams.
• Business development: shape proposals, contribute to thought leadership, grow mandates.
• Team development: coach and develop consultants and managers; assist recruitment.
• Practice building: refine I&S methodology, tools, and accelerators with DD/value creation teams.
