Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group seeks a Senior Associate, Integration to help deliver the firm’s inorganic growth strategy by coordinating integration programmes across businesses and functions. You will work with experienced colleagues and leaders through planning, execution and value realisation, build alignment, monitor progress, and contribute to playbooks and governance to ensure synergies are captured.

Experience with M&A integrations in IMO is preferred; strong programme management,

Qualifications

• Strong programme management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management and delivery tracking.
• Experience supporting M&A integrations within an Integration Management Office (IMO), ideally within financial services, technology or a similarly complex industry.
• A commercial attitude, a collaborative approach and a genuine curiosity about M&A, integration and value creation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, alongside familiarity with project management tools.
• Experience building relationships and working effectively with partners at different levels across an organisation.
• The ability to analyse complex information, identify meaningful insights and communicate recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and business functions to ensure alignment on priorities, actions and decisions.
• Monitor progress against integration milestones, dependencies and governance requirements; provide status updates to senior leadership.
• Support development of integration playbooks, tools and methodologies to improve delivery and value capture.
• Assist with carve-outs, separation activities and transition service agreement management where required.
• Support broader Corporate Development activities, including evaluating potential acquisitions and strategic investments.
