Job summary

Private Equity Fund is seeking a high-calibre Corporate Development professional to support M&A execution across multiple portfolio companies. You will originate and manage deals end-to-end, from initial origination and valuation through due diligence, SPA negotiations, and integration, while collaborating closely with portfolio CEOs and senior management.

Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record of completing transactions, strong financial modelling, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong M&A experience from Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Big 4 Deals or in-house Corporate Development.
• Proven track record of executing transactions through to completion, with strong financial modelling and commercial capabilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple transactions independently and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to Technology, Services, or other traditional sectors would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A transactions across a portfolio of high-growth businesses.
• Origination, valuation, due diligence through to SPA negotiations, completion and integration.
• Partner with portfolio CEOs, CFOs and senior management to shape buy-and-build strategies.
• Identify and originate acquisition opportunities, building proprietary target pipelines across sectors.
• Present investment opportunities to portfolio company Boards and the fund's Investment Committee.
