Job summary

Meraki Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong Private Equity experience to join a growing Professional Services team in London. The role is hybrid and focuses on delivering complex PE and Private Markets engagements.

You will lead engagements, manage workstreams, mentor junior team members and help develop the Middle Office practice, while building trusted relationships with senior PE clients and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working directly within Private Equity/private markets or a consulting environment supporting PE clients.
• Strong understanding of PE middle office operations, investment processes, data flows and operational requirements.
• Experience with portfolio monitoring platforms and PE investment technology.
• Ability to understand GP operational requirements and investment teams’ needs.
• Proven ability to apply Private Equity SME to solve client problems with practical solutions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in PE firms or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple consulting engagements with senior responsibility for delivery.
• Act as senior project lead applying PE and Middle Office expertise across engagements.
• Lead client meetings, Steering Committees and senior stakeholder sessions.
• Manage project workstreams ensuring scope, timelines and budgets are met.
• Provide specialist PE middle office knowledge across investment processes and tech solutions.
• Support vendor selection, operational reviews, process improvements and systems implementation.
