Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating Ltd seeks a Master Technician to join the Production team in a hands-on role focused on the flow line. You will troubleshoot, rework and repair to meet strict quality and safety standards, acting as a technical escalation point and supporting continuous improvement across engineering, quality and other functions.

Qualifications

Engineering biased qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Experience as Technician in a demanding serial production environment.
Strong mechanical and practical engineering skills.

Responsibilities

Work on the production flow line ensuring quality and safety.
Act as technical escalation point for complex issues.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with support from engineering.
Carry out rework, modification and repair to meet specs.
Identify root causes and determine resolution methods.
