Admiral is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for MarTech to provide technical, people and delivery leadership across our Adobe and Smartcomms platforms in the UK. You will lead Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers, shape the platform roadmap, and partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Architecture to ensure secure, scalable digital experiences across UK Customer and Group.

- Strong MarTech, digital experience, and customer personalization knowledge.
- Proven track record delivering complex technology programs with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business leadership.
Responsabilidades
- Lead engineering across Adobe and Smartcomms platforms to deliver business outcomes.
- Coach and develop Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers.
- Shape strategy and roadmaps for AEP, AEM, EDS and Smartcomms.
- Ensure secure, resilient, scalable, and maintainable platforms.
