Job summary

Consortium in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Engineering Manager - MarTech to lead delivery across Adobe and Smartcomms platforms, driving customer personalisation and digital experiences.

You will coach Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers, shape the roadmap for AEP, AEM and Edge Delivery Services, ensure security, resilience and scalable operations, and partner with Product, Marketing and Data teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading engineering across multiple teams.
• Strong MarTech / digital experience knowledge.
• Proven ability to balance customer outcomes, technical quality, risk and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering across Adobe and Smartcomms platforms to deliver business outcomes.
• Coach and develop Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers.
• Shape strategy and roadmaps for AEP, AEM, EDS and Smartcomms.
• Ensure platforms are secure, scalable and highly available.
