Job summary

Paysafe, a leading payments platform, seeks a Senior Marketing Technology Manager to translate MarTech strategy into scalable platforms, connected data, and consumer-focused digital experiences. The role leads the global marketing tech ecosystem, partnering with Operations, Product, Data, IT, Legal, Privacy and Global Marketing to deliver measurable experiences across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or additional relevant experience.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital experience, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise MarTech platforms such as marketing automation, CRM, CDP, analytics, CMS, personalization, or experimentation tools.
• Experience enabling consumer lifecycle journeys, segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel activation a plus.
• Proven experience delivering platform enhancements, integrations, governance, and adoption across cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of data privacy, consent, preference management, and regulated customer communications; fintech experience is preferred.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, roadmaps, and complex delivery plans.
