Job summary

Talent Octopusventures seeks a Manager, MarTech Architecture & Engineering to lead the Martech ecosystem, setting technical direction and governance across Marketing Automation, CDP, Web, Analytics, CRM, and integrations.

You will mentor senior engineers, partner with Product Owners and business leaders, and translate business priorities into scalable tech solutions that drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, marketing technology, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, architecture functions, or large programs.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical strategies and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve MarTech architecture standards and governance.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight for cross-platform initiatives.
• Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, compliance, and scalability norms.
• Drive platform modernization, reduce technical debt, and ensure long-term sustainability.
• Mentor and develop engineers while fostering engineering excellence and innovation.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps with stakeholders.
