Job summary

Paysafe, a leading payments platform, seeks a Marketing Technology Director (MarTech) to own the global strategy, governance, and evolution of our marketing technology ecosystem. This role drives data enablement and AI-driven capabilities powering growth for brand, consumer, and merchant segments.

The MarTech Director collaborates with Operations, Data, IT and Legal to ensure scalable, compliant platforms, and leads cross-functional MarTech initiatives, budget and vendor management to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing Technology or Marketing Operations.
• Deep expertise in enterprise MarTech platforms and data enablement.
• Proven leadership in MarTech strategy, consolidation, and governance.
• Experience in regulated/fintech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own global MarTech strategy aligned to brand, consumer, and merchant objectives.
• Own full MarTech stack including Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, Analytics, CMS, and AI tools.
• Define roadmaps, intake, prioritization, and governance for platforms and integrations.
• Deliver executive-ready dashboards and insights for leadership.
• Own budget planning, vendor management, and tool consolidation.
