Qualifications

• Experience in business development, client development, strategic account management, sales enablement or a related commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business development strategies aligned to growth priorities and target client programmes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to establish clear commercial objectives, priorities and success measures.
• Drive the execution of growth initiatives that support pipeline development, client acquisition and account growth.
• Identify market opportunities, target audiences and buyer priorities to strengthen go-to-market activity.
• Build engagement and accountability across partner groups, ensuring agreed actions maintain momentum.
• Coordinate activity across sales, marketing and subject matter experts to support growth objectives.
• Use insight, performance data and market intelligence to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the development of scalable business development programmes that can be adopted across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Lead, coach and develop junior team members where appropriate.
