Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will also serve as the BRM for the Marketing team.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, prioritise delivery plans, and partner with Marketing and IT teams to shape demand and drive value across a global environment. The role requires strong BA experience within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, plus skills in workshops, user stories, and process documentation to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, IS, CS, marketing or related field.
• 8–12 years of related experience in business analysis, IT business partnership, product delivery, or BRM.
• Experience supporting Commercial, Marketing, CRM, digital engagement technologies is preferred.
• Certifications in Agile, BRM, ITIL or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT BRM for Marketing, building trusted partnerships with leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to define processes, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Owners, delivery teams, architects and vendors to align solutions with business value.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and expectation setting across Marketing requests.
• Prepare concise status updates, executive summaries, risks and issues for leadership.
• Support testing, change management, adoption planning, and readiness activities.
