Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage the EMEA Applications team, overseeing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Oracle Fusion, and a custom e-Commerce platform.

The role requires proven people management, technical oversight, and delivery across global project lifecycles, with strong collaboration across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance. The successful candidate will drive recruitment, performance management, and vendor governance while coordinating with Project Managers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 8–12 years industry experience.
• 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience (config, integrations or development).
• Experience with ITIL and IT application support processes.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Line management including recruitment, goal setting, and performance management.
• Coordinate tasks for Technical Delivery teams and 3rd party partners.
• Liaise with global shared teams to coordinate project deliverables.
• Support incident and request resolution SLAs with Production Support Manager.
• Provide governance and technical oversight across lifecycles and environments.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with IT policies.
