Job summary

Dexcom Corporation, Bracknell, UK, is seeking a Commercial Reporting and Insights Analyst to join their Commercial Excellence team. The role focuses on building standardized EMEA dashboards and recurring reports, partnering with Sales Operations, Finance and Marketing to deliver timely insights and drive commercial impact.

Ideal candidates will have experience in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), strong data validation skills, and the ability to translate business questions into clear analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, or performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of reporting concepts, metrics, filters, hierarchies, targets, trend analysis and data validation.
• Able to translate business questions into clear analyses and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve standardized EMEA commercial performance dashboards and reports.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate reporting needs into practical, reusable solutions.
• Support adoption of common KPIs, calculation rules, targets, filters, and reporting hierarchies across EMEA.
• Monitor trends, variances, and exceptions to surface performance changes.
• Validate and reconcile reporting outputs and coordinate resolution with data owners.
• Create summaries and visualizations that explain changes and their impact.
• Rationalize existing reports and dashboards to improve consistency across EMEA.
• Maintain reporting documentation and promote effective use of standardized reporting.
