Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for its Flight Data Intelligence (FDI) business. You will drive integrated campaigns, demand generation, and brand positioning to support revenue growth across the FDI portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within technology, SaaS, aviation, or related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering demand generation and lead nurturing programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, SEM, marketing automation, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
• Experience using multiple AI large language models (LLMs) to augment marketing activities.
• Experience managing marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zymplify, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
• Experience planning and delivering trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer-facing events.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience using GA4 and other marketing performance tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support objectives and generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align activities with priorities.
• Drive digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, AEO, content, and website performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Strengthen market position through messaging, case studies, and thought leadership.
• Manage marketing automation programs, lead nurture workflows, and customer engagement.
• Establish and report KPIs, and show marketing's contribution to pipeline and ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and strategy.
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis, customer research, and trend monitoring.
• Lead events planning, delivery, and evaluation for industry shows and webinars.
• Support inbound inquiries and initial lead routing.
• Prepare RFP responses and sales collateral; assist with new business development.
