Nobul Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in Warrington. This hands-on B2B marketing role focuses on demand generation, integrated campaigns, ABM and pipeline, with the Head of Marketing guiding strategy and giving autonomy to execute.

You will own campaigns across channels, build quarterly plans, collaborate with Sales, and manage agencies while driving measurable pipeline. This is a hybrid role requiring three in-office days per week.

Qualificações

• Strong B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Experience owning integrated or demand-generation campaigns.
• Understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue.
• ABM experience or strong ABM understanding.
• Experience marketing to enterprise customers and longer sales cycles.
• Knowledge across digital marketing: paid, SEO, email, websites and CRO.
• Experience managing external agencies and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Build quarterly marketing plans and campaign calendars.
• Drive demand generation, nurture and re-engagement activity.
• Develop targeted ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify priority accounts and opportunities.
• Create and coordinate campaign content and messaging.
• Support email, paid digital, SEO, website, content and events.
• Manage external agencies and CRO/performance initiatives.
• Monitor lead quality, conversion and marketing-generated pipeline.
• Utilize data to decide on scaling or stopping campaigns.
