Role Overview

The purpose of the role is to drive a profitable and sustainable sales pipeline within the 'Healthcare’ sector whilst ensuring that the business brand and reputation are both protected and enhanced.

Key Responsibilities

• Create awareness of and develop the brand of NEC Software Solutions and healthcare propositions
• Communicate with target audiences to build understanding and recognition of our brand
• Implement marketing programmes including advertising, direct marketing, digital, and media relations to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with creative agencies to develop marketing materials
• Write and proofread marketing copy tailored to the Healthcare sector
• Produce creative content and manage social media channels
• Organize events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
• Distribute marketing materials effectively
• Conduct market research using questionnaires and focus groups
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Support Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a brand marketing strategy for Healthcare
• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Track marketing performance and ROI, and report monthly
• Monitor competitor activity
• Lead external agencies for events, press, and online activities

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, preferably within Healthcare Tech or NHS/HSE
• Experience in B2B environments
• Experience with email marketing automation
• Strong content creation skills for various channels including social media
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Stakeholder management abilities
• Commercial awareness and cost consciousness
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and flexible, able to work independently
