Job Description
The purpose of the role is to drive a profitable and sustainable sales pipeline within the 'Healthcare' sector whilst ensuring that the business brand and reputation are both protected and enhanced.
As a Head Of Marketing, You'll Need To
- Create awareness of and develop the brand of NEC Software Solutions and healthcare propositions
- Communicate with target audiences, building and developing a clear understanding and recognition of our brand proposition
- Implement robust marketing programmes including advertising, direct marketing, digital, and media relations to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Work closely with in-house and external creative agencies to develop consistent marketing materials
- Write and proofread marketing copy that resonates with the Healthcare market sector
- Produce creative content
- Manage social media channels to generate impact
- Develop and manage a wide range of audience engagement activities such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
And With Support, You'll Need To
- Develop and implement a brand marketing strategy for the Healthcare proposition
- Manage stakeholders' expectations
- Track marketing performance and return on investment, and prepare monthly reports for management
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
- Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a Marketing role, preferably within Healthcare Tech or the NHS/HSE (Ireland)
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Automation experience in developing, executing, and measuring email marketing campaigns
- Ability to write compelling and relevant content for various channels including social media
- Strong communication skills externally and internally, able to dialogue at CX level
- Able to work with a variety of stakeholders and assimilate their views
- Collaborative, commercially aware, and cost-conscious
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Data-driven decision-making
- Flexible and self-motivated, able to work without supervision
- Line management experience
- Outcome and deadline-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
