Job Title: Senior Brand and Partnerships Manager

Reports to: Brand Director

Location: UK / Remote

Role Purpose:

BoyleSports is building a challenger brand; fast, bold, and ready to stand out in the betting and gaming world. To help us push further, we’re looking for an energetic, creative and commercially-minded Senior Brand & Partnerships Manager to lead from the front.

This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering our brand, media, creative and partnerships strategy across our core markets in the UK and Ireland. Reporting into the Director of Brand, you’ll be a key player in our senior marketing team, managing a Media Manager and Senior Copywriter while working hand-in-hand with key departments across the business.

You’ll drive brand growth, boost visibility, and help BoyleSports cut through a cluttered market, creating fame, impact and consistency across every customer touchpoint, from retail to digital.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Define and deliver long-term challenger brand strategies that punch above our weight in a highly competitive market.
  • Partner with creative and media agencies to build breakthrough brand campaigns for both Sports and Casino; campaigns that drive talkability, fame, and commercial growth.
  • Be our brand guardian. Protect and project a strong, consistent identity across every channel, campaign, and partnership.
  • Seek out the right partners and build meaningful brand collaborations that connect with our audiences and amplify our position.
  • Develop smart, insight-led advertising strategies for Sports and Games/Casino, balancing brand building with hard-hitting performance.
  • Lead the creation and rollout of customer personas bringing them to life with targeted, insight-driven marketing comms.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business, including sportsbook, trading, product, and gaming, to bring our brand to life in all the right places.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to develop scroll-stopping creative that lands with impact.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns, ensuring our brand shows up consistently across all phases of the customer journey.
  • Own the brand marketing budget and ensure we’re spending smart, with an eye on ROI.
  • Manage and grow agency relationships, keeping us ahead of the curve and close to the customer.
  • Be the internal champion for the BoyleSports brand, helping teams across the business understand it, live it and love it.
  • Collaborate with Sponsorship, Performance, Affiliates and CRM to ensure our brand shows up with strength across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Support the Director of Brand and Head of Creative with the ongoing evolution of our Sportsbook and Gaming brand strategy.
  • Make sure our brand is felt across the full customer experience, from our app to our shops and everything in between.
  • Own our tone of voice and creative direction, making sure we speak boldly and consistently wherever we show up.
  • Track and analyse brand campaign performance, using data to fine-tune strategy and supercharge results.
  • Partner with BI to better understand our customers and sharpen our competitive edge.
  • Measure our impact across channels, define success metrics, and make sure everything ladders up to our brand and business goals.
  • Inspire and coach your team, helping them grow in confidence and capability.
  • Ensure everything we do aligns with Safer Gambling guidelines and industry legislation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven success building challenger brands and executing integrated campaigns that deliver commercial impact.
  • Experience developing and activating standout brand partnerships.
  • A bold, creative thinker with a keen sense of what cuts through and what connects.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, you know how to bring people with you.
  • A curious, analytical mindset with a solid handle on reporting and measurement.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulation and a good understanding of Safer Gambling principles.
  • A passion for sport and/or gaming, this stuff should excite you.
