Job description

Talon is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Senior Marketing Manager to coordinate and drive world-class marketing output across the UK, while supporting our international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute high-quality marketing and content strategies to enhance brand presence, foster client relationships and cement our position as the leading global OOH specialist. This is a hands-on, coordinating role with strategic oversight and day-to-day collaboration with regional marketing teams and designers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Collaborate with the Senior Communications Manager and Global Design Lead to implement a marketing strategy, aligned with long-term brand-building and business goals.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of marketing materials including presentations, case studies, and digital content for sales enablement and brand awareness.
  • Analyse internal data and market trend data to develop case studies, best practices, benchmarks and other marketable research and content.
  • Manage global content and publishing calendar across key channels (website, newsletters, social), supported by regional teams.
  • Coordinate the development of internal and external assets including web copy, blog posts, social media, and event collateral.
  • Support local marketing teams in the USA, MENA, and Ireland with adaptable and high-impact materials, toolkits, and campaign content.
  • Work closely with the Global Design Lead to deliver high-quality design assets across global and regional campaigns.
  • Coordinate input for awards submissions, speaking opportunities, and industry events that reinforce Talon’s leadership position.
  • Provide effective leadership to junior members of the marketing team, guiding the day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, budget spend, and project delivery using KPIs and agreed timelines.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly collaborative, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand. You will demonstrate:

  • 5–7 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role, ideally within a global or multi-regional B2B business.
  • Demonstrable experience managing marketing materials, digital platforms, and content strategies.
  • Solid understanding of brand consistency, messaging, and content production processes.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools including CMS, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, or supporting team members and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Solid experience managing marketing budgets, tracking spend and ensuring cost-effective delivery of campaigns and materials.
  • Skilled at working with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in media or advertising industry preferred but not essential.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines across teams and regions.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills — able to turn insights and strategy into compelling marketing content.
  • A strong visual sense with an eye for brand consistency across presentations, sales tools, and digital platforms.
  • Advanced PowerPoint/Keynote skills; experience working with creative teams or directly with design software/tools is a plus.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills — you know how to bring cross-functional teams together.
  • Ability to interpret data, market trends, and business insights to inform marketing content and strategy.
  • Deep understanding of digital and social media channels, with confidence in content scheduling tools, CMS platforms, and basic analytics.
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
