Senior Marketing Manager - B2B Events - UK Remote – Up to £60k + 10% Bonus

Role: Senior Marketing Manager

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Package: Up to £60,000 + 10% Bonus

Location: Fully UK Remote

Oscar Digital are excited to be exclusively partnered with an exceptional B2B media and events company. Their portfolio of events and online platforms have an incredible track record in the industry, and in recent years this has brought them exponential growth and a wonderful reputation! Headquartered in London, with operations across Europe and the US, they are pioneers in the conference and exhibition space, with an amazing and ever-growing team!

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager from the events industry to join the company and take the lead on the marketing efforts for the yearly Las Vegas event. This is a great opportunity to access some of the greatest influencers and pioneers of the world. You will focus on driving revenue growth through innovative and data-driven marketing.

The Role

• Strategy development – developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns with a focus on paid social, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.
• Utilise data analytics to inform and optimise marketing strategies, focusing on KPIs such as lead generation, attendee acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Build and manage external partnerships to increase reach and brand visibility.
• Partner with other internal teams ensuring all marketing efforts align with overall strategy.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience marketing within the events industry.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools and AI.

This role is fully UK Remote, but they do have an office in Central London for those who prefer a hybrid / onsite work pattern.
