Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven Senior Marketer to manage and optimize our lead management processes, enhance conversion rates, and drive revenue growth through analysis and refinement of marketing automation campaigns and web journeys.

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Operations, this role focuses on developing and executing lead nurturing and contact strategies, improving lead scoring methodologies, visualizing marketing campaign results, and ensuring seamless MQL handoffs between marketing and sales.

The role includes analyzing datasets and cross-channel data to explain and predict customer behavior, providing actionable insights to improve customer experience, refine marketing activities, and support business growth. Given potential upcoming mergers, the role will also help align marketing automation, campaign tools, and analytics across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement end-to-end lead management strategies to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity, including refining lead scoring models and monitoring lifecycle metrics.
  • Develop nurture campaigns and contact strategies across email, events, and web in collaboration with content and regional teams.
  • Optimize marketing automation (Oracle Eloqua) templates and ensure integration with CRM (Salesforce).
  • Align with Sales and Marketing on lead definitions, SLAs, and feedback loops.
  • Manage campaign data and evaluate marketing efforts using dashboards and visualization tools.
  • Provide insights and support for campaign planning through reporting and data visualization.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and lead quality.
  • Analyze marketing initiatives' performance across channels and platforms, sharing insights with senior management.
Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce CRM, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of ETL processes, API integrations, and database structures.
  • Attention to detail in data accuracy and campaign execution.
