Job description

Talon is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Senior Marketing Manager to coordinate and drive world-class marketing output across the UK, while supporting our international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute high-quality marketing and content strategies to enhance brand presence, foster client relationships and cement our position as the leading global OOH specialist. This is a hands-on, coordinating role with strategic oversight and day-to-day collaboration with regional marketing teams and designers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

1. Collaborate with the Senior Communications Manager and Global Design Lead to implement a marketing strategy, aligned with long-term brand-building and business goals.
2. Lead the creation and delivery of marketing materials including presentations, case studies, and digital content for sales enablement and brand awareness.
3. Analyse internal data and market trend data to develop case studies, best practices, benchmarks and other marketable research and content.
4. Manage global content and publishing calendar across key channels (website, newsletters, social), supported by regional teams.
5. Coordinate the development of internal and external assets including web copy, blog posts, social media, and event collateral.
6. Support local marketing teams in the USA, MENA, and Ireland with adaptable and high-impact materials, toolkits, and campaign content.
7. Work closely with the Global Design Lead to deliver high-quality design assets across global and regional campaigns.
8. Coordinate input for awards submissions, speaking opportunities, and industry events that reinforce Talon’s leadership position.
9. Provide effective leadership to junior members of the marketing team, guiding the day-to-day activities.
10. Monitor and report on marketing performance, budget spend, and project delivery using KPIs and agreed timelines.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly collaborative, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand. You will demonstrate:

1. 5–7 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role, ideally within a global or multi-regional B2B business.
2. Demonstrable experience managing marketing materials, digital platforms, and content strategies.
3. Solid understanding of brand consistency, messaging, and content production processes.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools including CMS, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
5. Experience in leading, mentoring, or supporting team members and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
6. Solid experience managing marketing budgets, tracking spend and ensuring cost-effective delivery of campaigns and materials.
7. Skilled at working with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Experience in media or advertising industry preferred but not essential.
10. A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines across teams and regions.
11. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills — able to turn insights and strategy into compelling marketing content.
12. A strong visual sense with an eye for brand consistency across presentations, sales tools, and digital platforms.
13. Advanced PowerPoint/Keynote skills; experience working with creative teams or directly with design software/tools is a plus.
14. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills — you know how to bring cross-functional teams together.
15. Ability to interpret data, market trends, and business insights to inform marketing content and strategy.
16. Deep understanding of digital and social media channels, with confidence in content scheduling tools, CMS platforms, and basic analytics.
17. A flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
