Our client is growing and on the lookout for a confident and commercially astute Senior Search Marketing Account Manager to take the lead on some of their biggest SEM accounts. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Account Manager:

As the new Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of key client campaigns — ensuring exceptional communication, insight-led reporting, and performance delivery across both SEO and PPC channels.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading all client communication via email, video calls, and virtual meetings
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for flagship accounts
  • Creating and delivering insightful weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Monitoring KPIs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure performance goals are met
  • Taking ownership of client presentations and campaign reviews
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders and technical teams where needed
  • Keeping all parties updated, engaged, and aligned to campaign progress
  • Taking initiative to investigate campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Managing client agendas and action points with clarity and precision

  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Docs, and reporting tools

  • Confidence, empathy, and a team-first attitude
